No, it is not meant for men or women who are fans of infidelilty. It's for people who are ready to face a new life on their own. I am so tired of reading and hearing stupid comments about this. My gosh, this is the 21st century. Don't let yourself (specially your brain) be left out. In a world that are full of temptations and many are putting aside their values for the sake of satisfying their hunger for money, flesh and power, you are a hypocrite if you think that this bill will not help anyone, or maybe, you THINK you have the most perfect marriage in the world. Oh, for Pete's sake! wake up! this is reality. People will always screw each other up and the victims have the right to turn their lives around and be happy.
I hope this bill will turn into a law. Women who were left by their husbands for some shitty reason will benefit from this. Give them a chance to have their maiden names back so that they can move on with their lives. Give them the opportunity to get their lives back and find new loves that they deserve without being scared that they maybe sued. Let them experience the happiness that they deserve.
Look, if couples really love each other and their marriage is built on trust, loyalty and respect, separation and divorce will never be on their minds. If a man and a wife seriously do what they promised each other when they got married, then this wouldn't be an issue for them.
So to the people who would be responsible in passing this bill...be wise, be open minded and be a good person.
